This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead, grow, and strengthen science engagement activities across schools in the province. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding participation, supporting young researchers, and building valuable partnerships to advance STEM education.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow participation in Expo activities across Limpopo schools
- Build and maintain partnerships with government, education, and STEM-related stakeholders
- Implement the organisation’s strategic plans and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Science or Education
- 3–5 years’ experience in a science expo committee or school environment, or 5–8 years’ teaching science at secondary level
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel frequently within the province
- Ideally based in Polokwane as a central point for coordination
